Kurs i Transcendental Meditasjon gir bedre stressmestring

Utrolig takknemlig for TM!

TM gir meg ro i en hektisk hverdag.
Maria Bjerge

The National Institutes of Health har blant annet nylig gitt 182 millioner kroner (24$millioner US dollar) til forskning på Transcendental meditasjon.
Publisering av forskning i "Circulation", under tittelen: "Cardiovascular Quality and Outcomes"
Sitat fra samendraget av studien: "A 5-year randomized controlled study on patients with established coronary heart disease reported a 48% reduction in death, heart attack, and stroke in subjects in the Transcendental Meditation group compared to controls.
